Automation Engineer to be based near Odessa, TX for a leading equipment solutions provider. Responsible to troubleshoot and program sophisticated control systems to meet customer specifications.

Qualifications:
- Must have at least five (5) years experience in industrial control panels within manufacturing equipment
- Experience on control system integration projects
- Experience with PLC and HMI programming
- Proficient in Rockwell Automation software
Preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- AutoCAD Electrical
Responsibilities
- Communicate with the customer in order to design, build, program, commission and hand off the finished automation system
- Specifying components and designing industrial control panels
- Develop programming which meets customer specifications
- Design and program sophisticated control systems.
- Simulate, test, and debug control systems in-house.
- Install and startup systems at the end-user’s facility.
